JUST IN: Names Of Members Of Presidential Panel Probing Magu Leaked [SEE Full List]

The names of members of the inter-agency Presidential Panel currently investigating the acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu, has been leaked to the media.
Magu was arrested on Monday at the EFCC Head Office in Abuja and was whisked away to the Presidential Villa to face the probe panel.
He has since been undergoing interrogation over several allegations bothering on fraud and misconduct levelled against him.
The inter-agency panel is made up of members from different security agencies in the country. They are:
1.       JUSTICE AYO SALAMI – Former Court of Appeal Judge
2.       MIKE OGBIZI – Deputy Inspector-General of Police
3.      HASSAN ABDULLAHI – Department of State Security (DSS)
4.      DOUGLAS EKWUEME – Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU)
5.      MALLAM SHAMSUDEEN – Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation
6.      MOHAMMED ABUBAKAR – Federal Ministry of Justice
7.      KAZEEM ATILEBI – Civil Society Organizations.
Magu is being investigated on a plethora of allegations namely;
1.       Alleged ‘relooting of recovered loots’ and Sale of seized assets to cronies and associates.
2.       Insubordination to the office of the AGF (Attorney General of the Federation)
3.      Alleged favouritism towards selected EFCC investigators called ‘Magu Boys’ for juicy assignments.
4.      Alleged declaration of N539bn as recovered funds instead of N504bn earlier claimed.
5.      Alleged leakages of investigative reports that were prejudicial to some cases to some selected media.
6.      Reporting certain Judges to their presiding officers without deferring to the AGF.
7.      Alleged discrepancies in the reconciliation records of the EFCC and the Federal Ministry of Finance on recovered funds.
8.      Not respecting court order to unfreeze N7bn judgement in favour of a former executive director of a bank and not providing enough concrete evidence against some suspects including on Diezani Alison-Madueke for her extradition.
