You can earn up to $750,000 every time you finish this Contract associated with Oscar Guzman, but there are no clear instructions for its beginning.
The Contract surrounding Oscar Guzman appears as a result of the Enhanced Edition of GTA Online. This version of the game was introduced as a free DLC for PC players, adding a plethora of new content, including "Oscar Guzman Flies Again." You have to migrate your old character onto the Enhanced Edition to access the new content or create a brand-new character to enjoy fresh experiences.

Purchase The Right Location From Foreclosures
Before you can start any of the missions from the "Oscar Guzman Flies Again" DLC, you have to purchase the McKenzie Field Hangar location. This area is a Hangar once owned by Trevor, one of the protagonists from the GTA 5 story. According to the Max Bank foreclosure website you can visit, this property is back on the market after several staff members were killed trying to collect Trevor's debt on the place.
