In Hello Kitty Island Adventure, you'll catch a variety of critters and fish during your playthrough. Most critters/fish can be caught at any time regardless of weather, but some are more finicky. The Opal Flutterfin is one example. You can only catch it during a certain time of day, and you're going to need two of them to complete an important quest.
