Lorelai Gilmore (Lauren Graham)

Ever independent, Lorelai is a fast-talking, devoted mother who loves coffee and possesses a reservoir of pop culture knowledge. She begins the series running a local inn and eventually goes on to buy the Dragonfly Inn with her best friend, Sookie. She gave birth to her daughter Rory when she was just a teenager and subsequently left home and her parents’ wealth in order to forge her own path in Stars Hollow. Lorelai is played by Lauren Graham, who spent her years after Gilmore Girls on the NBC drama series Parenthood and currently stars in Tubi’s new original series, The Z-Suite.
