Xiaomi, the world’s third-largest smartphone vendor, is gearing up to launch its brand-new flagship smartphones at MWC 2025. The event is taking place next week, but leading up to the announcement, the complete leaked specs of the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Ultra have made their way online, courtesy of @Sudhanshu1414 on X. We had already brought you a lot of these specs in our exclusive report. The posts also contain additional renders of both phones, giving us a clearer idea of what to expect.

The Xiaomi 15 features a 6.36-inch CrystalRes AMOLED LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution (2670 × 1200px) and a dynamic refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra, on the other hand, boasts a larger 6.73-inch WQHD+ AMOLED LTPO display with a higher 3200 × 1440px resolution and the same adaptive 1-120Hz refresh rate.

Both devices are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset built on a 3nm process, paired with an Adreno 830 GPU for enhanced graphics performance. They support LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring fast data access and multitasking. Oddly enough, the spec sheet doesn’t mention how much RAM the phones will pack. However, our previous report hinted that the Ultra model could come with 16GB of RAM, along with 512GB and 1TB storage options.
