Excelsior is still on the hunt for a place to call City Hall and the City Council has outlined some criteria in order to do it, including a minimum of 4,800 square feet needed for both a council chambers area and City Hall offices, as well as a location somewhere close to downtown Excelsior to the benefit of residents and business owners.
