MANCHESTER UNITED are willing to wait until late in the transfer window before going for Jack Grealish, according to reports.
But Aston Villa's £80million price tag is still putting off Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Old Trafford club have reportedly agreed terms with No 1 transfer target Jadon Sancho .

It is believed the Borussia Dortmund winger has said yes to a five-year, £350,000-a-week deal as part of his club record £110m move.
Busting the bank to such an extent could limit what United are able to do elsewhere in the summer window.
The Daily Mail say any "serious" offer for captain and talisman Grealish will start at £80m.
Boss Dean Smith is under less pressure to sell Grealish now after their Premier League survival was guaranteed on the final day of the season.
The 24-year-old midfielder scored in the 1-1 draw with West Ham at the London Stadium.
And Villa could find their priorities lie more with who they can get in than with who they can sell.
Owners Nassef Sawiris and Wes Edens are reported to be ready to spend to make the club more competitive and not scrapping to survive at the crunch end of the season again.
Ryan Giggs recently urged his old club to go all out for Grealish - who has been enjoying a holiday in Ibiza with Dele Alli and James Maddison .
The Wales legend believes the Villa man is primed to star for United and won't be overawed by playing for such a big club .
He said: "I think the thing with Grealish is he’s obviously used to the Premier League and doesn’t need to adapt to it so that’s good.
"For me from the outside, it looks like he’s got the mentality to come to this place and not bother him.
"They (Sancho and Grealish) are two signings that may be available and if we’re able to get them, I would go and get them."
