Amid restrictions against public gatherings, Deputy President William Ruto has now decided to literally move the church to his official residence in Karen.
The DP's love for Jesus Christ can be explained better with the series of worship services that he has held at his Karen home in the past few days with the latest one being on Thursday, July 30.
In a Twitter post, the DP said he had met a team of religious leaders from Nakuru county and together they worshipped at his Karen residence.
Among other leaders who attended the event included Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri.
Notably, the DP has been hosting other religious events at his Karen residence given weeks ago he met members of the clergy from Nyeri county who were led by Bishop William Githinji.
Political pundits argue that the DP has been very flexible enough to adjust his campaign strategy to fit within the coronavirus pandemic.
Apart from meeting religious leaders especially from the Mt Kenya region, the DP has also intensified his campaigns within Nairobi , Kiambu and Kajiado counties.
In the recent past, the self-proclaimed hustler number one has been meeting with leaders and various self-help groups at his Karen residence where he gives them various work tools to support their initiatives.
Barely days ago, the DP met with boda boda operators from Ngong in Kajiado county and gave them a new bus.
