These 5 Mistakes Can Ruin Your Skin If You Commit Them Before Going To Sleep

It is important that you remove your makeup before going to bed
It's so easy to just jump under the duvet after the world's longest day. Maybe you are even so tired or lazy that you can not even take off your makeup or go through your regular skin care routine, as you can not bear to stand in front of the mirror the next quarter ... And we understand you shamefully well!
However, it just so happens that it can actually damage your skin over time. Here we have collected five mistakes that we women sometimes make before we go to sleep - and which (unfortunately) can ruin our skin.
1. Your pillowcase is made of cotton
The best you can sleep on is actually silk or satin. Yes,  it obviously has to be fancy .
Your pillow case (and bed cover) can contain a lot of bacteria that can go directly into the skin of you - and therefore you may risk getting pimples overnight. However, not everyone gets pimples overnight as we all have different skin types.
If you do not mind going out to invest in silk covers, there are also three other ways you can prevent damaging your skin:
Sleep on pillowcases made of natural fabrics.
Wash your pillowcase every other to every three days (to avoid all the bacteria).
Wash your face every night - so you do not transmit the bacteria yourself.
2. You do not remove your makeup
