Paul Scholes was busted by the police for hosting an illegal house party for his son Arron who clocked 21, exclusively reported by The Sun.
The Man United legend was rebuked for putting himself and those who attended the party at risk in a Covid crisis area.
Latest figures show the infection rate in Oldham soared to 58.1 per 100,000 people.
And each guest could have been fined £100 for attending the bash that took place in the former midfielder's £3.5million mansion at Oldham.
A spokeswoman for Greater Manchester Police said: “Officers attended and engaged with an individual, explaining the restrictions and encouraging them to be compliant.”
Scholes posed in a “Lockdown Live” T-shirt with DJ Zac Caulcutt as dozens of young people did not observe social distancing rules.
The BT Sport pundit's 19-year-old daughter and England netball star posed with a group of friends wearing silk gown and high heels.
And she even went ahead to post an image of the front page story while mocking: “It’s Rebekah Vardy’s account.”

Paul Scholes was among the critics who attacked the transfer of Odion Ighalo to Manchester United with the thought that the Nigerian would flop.
But Odion Ighalo proved Scholes and others wrong that he is a good scorer netting four goals for Manchester United after eight games before the League was suspended.
SunSport reported that the wife of the ex-England hero now lives about 20 minutes away from their home and that she no longer wears her ring.
It was gathered that the pair had met at age 18 inside the player’s local pub before they walked down the aisle six years later.
