She recently dumped Rhyce Power during an Instagram live video, accusing him of 'having a threesome with two other women on her birthday'.
And after an emotional few days, Cheyenne O'Leary has thanked her friends for their support over a tumultuous few years.
The personal trainer, 24, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a few photos of herself with her gal pals as well as a lengthy caption thanking them for having her back.
She began: 'Been a hell of a 5 year period. Experienced situations I thought I would only ever read about in the news. Felt things more than once or twice - my mistake.'
The blonde bombshell went on to talk about going through highs and lows this year and the importance of surrounding one's self with 'worthy people'.
'They say keep your circle small but the last few years I have been holding hands with 20+ beautiful souls I now call my family,' she said about her friends.
She went on the cryptically write: 'Situations bring out true colours and I couldn’t be more grateful for the people in these images and more.'
'Ready for this year to end and start on a new high for 2020,' she concluded her post.
Cheyenne's wish of a better New Year comes after she unceremoniously dumped Rhyce after accusing him of cheating on her by having a threesome with two other women on her birthday.
During a live Instagram video on Sunday, the mother-of-one told the personal trainer he had 'an hour to get all [his] s**t' out of her house.
When approached for comment on Monday, a remorseful Rhyce told Daily Mail Australia he had 'messed up' and 'will have to live with [his] actions' - but did not confirm or deny the alleged threesome had occurred.
In a brief statement addressing the breakup, Rhyce said: 'I think I'll stay single for a while and not rush into relationships.
'The whole world of Instagram makes it so much harder, you think you've fallen in love from someone's photos and talking online for months, and then [you] start a relationship and realise it's not at all how you thought it would be.
'Chey's a beautiful, amazing girl and an absolutely wonderful mother. I messed up and went about it the wrong way but it is what it is and I have to live with my actions.'
When asked if his reference to 'messing up' was confirmation he had cheated in a threesome, Rhyce declined to offer any further comment.
Rhyce and Cheyenne started dating in August, and the tattooed carpenter later relocated to Queensland to focus on their relationship.
He rose to fame in January this year, when he briefly appeared as a guest at his sister Jessika Power's wedding on Married At First Sight.
Despite only being on screen for a few minutes, he became a viral sensation as fans on Twitter nicknamed him the 'hot brother'.
