Take a look inside the impressive new £62.7m Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotel which has opened in Leeds city centre.

Based in Sovereign Square, it is being billed as the first all-electric hotel in the city. It has 217 spacious and contemporary rooms in Hyatt Place while Hyatt House will host a number of studios and one-bedroom suites, featuring fully equipped kitchens, stylish living and working spaces, and a 24/7 fitness room.

Hyatt Place and Hyatt House is also home to a new rooftop, Latin American bar and restaurant Azotea, located on the 12th floor, which offers sweeping views of Leeds skyline – with both an indoor restaurant and two outdoor terraces.

Additionally, the hotel has a ground-floor restaurant Zoom, serving an all-day menu inspired by a fusion of global and local cuisine, as well as ‘grab and go’ style prepared lunches.

The £62.7m hotel has received BREEAM certification, having been designed with sustainability in mind. This week, we were invited to take a peek at the new Leeds city centre complex.
