Russia issues 'hostile' Salisbury poisoning update demanding UK 'tell the truth' about attack
Mar 5, 2025

Russian officials said how the "passing of time" and "recent global events" had led them to revisit the Salisbury poisoning that killed one Brit in March 2018

Russia has launched a bizarre demand for information regarding the fatal Novichok poisoning in Salisbury - seven years after it rocked the UK.
The Russian embassy shared a statement this morning calling on the government to "tell the truth" regarding the 2018 incident, and demanded "access" to Sergei and Yulia Skripal.
Sergei, a former Russian military officer who defected to the UK, and his daughter Yulia were poisoned with the deadly nerve agent on March 4, 2018, and hospitalised.
