Two changes – Predicted 3-4-2-1 Man Utd lineup against Ipswich Town
Feb 26, 2025
Following a 2-2 draw against Everton last weekend, Manchester United will welcome relegation-threatened Ipswich Town at Old Trafford in the Premier League tomorrow night.
The Red Devils are currently languishing 15th in the table with 30 points from 26 games, while The Tractor Boys are in the bottom three with 17 points from 26 matches, sitting five points behind safety.
Ruben Amorim’s first game as United’s head coach was against Ipswich Town in November and his side only managed to come away with a 1-1 draw.
As per team news, Lisandro Martínez, Amad Diallo, Mason Mount, Luke Shaw, Kobbie Mainoo, Altay Bayindir and Jonny Evans are all set to remain sidelined due to their issues for this game.
Noussair Mazraoui picked up a knock last time out so he is in doubt ahead of this fixture, while Toby Collyer may miss out on this game owing to an injury.
Expected Man Utd lineup vs Ipswich
Amorim could make two changes from last weekend’s draw against Everton, but Andre Onana is likely to keep hold of his place between the sticks.
If Mazraoui can’t recover, Leny Yoro may replace him in the starting Xl, while Harry Maguire might be in the CCB position. Matthijs de Ligt should complete the centre-back trio.
Patrick Dorgu was bright last time out so he is expected to keep hold of his place in the left-back position. Diogo Dalot would be on the right despite displaying poor performance vs the Toffees.
