The star met a tragic end and soap fans are still grieving to this day

EastEnders legend Charlie Clements, who played Bradley Branning from 2006 to 2010, is almost unrecognisable 15 years after his character's tragic death on the BBC soap.
His exit left viewers across the nation heartbroken as his character fell off a roof and died during the 25th anniversary live special. Bradley was the son of Max Branning (Jake Wood) and husband to Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner).
Fans continue to mourn Bradley's loss, with many expressing their sadness on Charlie's social media posts. The actor, who was just 23 when he left EastEnders, now sports a different look compared to his clean-shaven character.
Today, Charlie is an actor, golfer, and chef, regularly sharing cooking tips and updates on his social media accounts. His latest Instagram post was a touching tribute to the soap that launched his career, as it marked its 40th anniversary with a dramatic live episode. This episode saw the demise of Martin Fowler's character (James Bye) in a shocking explosion at the Queen Vic.
Reminded of his own time on the show, Charlie shared a photo of himself sporting a beard and his signature red hair, along with a heartfelt caption, reports Plymouth Live.
"Reminded today that 'I died' 15 years ago today which makes that little thing even older! As EE turns 40 I remind myself how fortunate I was to work on such an institution at such a young age and will be forever thankful to those to who made it possible," he began.
