MADISON, Wis. -- Two candidates for Madison's City Council 9th District are moving onto the general election in April.

Joann Pritchett garnered 49% of the vote with five of six precincts reporting. Nikki Conklin picked up 39.7% of the vote. Rick Cruz only garnered 11.1% of the vote.
