How Elden Ring Nightreign’s Collector’s Edition Compares to the Original Game’s, Shadow of the Erdtree’s
Feb 14, 2025
Elden Ring Nightreign's announcement last December took a lot of FromSoftware fans by surprise. A 3-player co-op roguelike with battle royale elements, Elden Ring Nightreign sounded like nothing FromSoft had ever really attempted before, and naturally, fans were intrigued to see how the game would look in action, and if FromSoft's risky experiment was going to pay off.
Well, previews for Elden Ring Nightreign have started to roll in, and generally speaking, they seem pretty positive. Game Rant's own Nightreign preview says it'll "likely resonate with Souls veterans and newcomers alike." Accompanying these positive previews was a release date confirmation of May 30, and alongside that was a reveal of a $200 collector's edition, which follows the pattern of its Elden Ring predecessors nicely.
