Ashar Silcott, 22, from Barking, admitted two charges of possession with intent to supply crack and diamorphine, which is also known as street heroin.

Norwich Crown Court heard he was arrested in Norwich in September 2023.

Ordering a pre-sentence report, Recorder Ruth Brander told him “don’t hold out much hope” of avoiding immediate custody when he is sentenced on January 22.
