HOW TO LOSS WEIGHT/ FAT FROM THE BODY Ingredients:-

Lemon
Ginger
Cinnamon tea(optional)

LEMON WATER:-prevent constipation and also helps get the digestive system moving.
GINGER:- Ginger helps in reducing belly fat and losing of weight.
Method of preparation
1)peel and blend the ginger
2)put it in a clean container or bowel add warm water,then keep it aside.
3)slice your lemon in a circle form and put it in a different container
4)use a sieve to filter your already prepared ginger into the lemon container
5)add cinnamon (optional)
6)allow it for 24hours before taking it..
7) Ensure to take it first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
