Unknowingly to most people, rice water which is always thrown away is important to the human body especially the skin and here are other benefits of rice water and how to make it.
Rice water the left over water after rice grains has been washed has been used by Japanese for more than 1,000 years ago but modern researches discovered it's benefits.
