Chelsea have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Norwegian wonderkid Bryan Fiabema.
Frank Lampard has talked about strengthening his side in the January transfer window, with the Blues now able to register players this month.
Chelsea were hit with a transfer ban in the summer, but could now be set to announce their first new signing since the sanction was halved.
According to VG , a news outlet from Norway, Fiabema had a trial with the Premier League club towards the end of 2019 and has impressed enough to get a permanent deal.
The 16-year-old is not expected to join up with the senior squad just yet, instead joining the academy first before working his way up through the ranks.
Fiabema was invited to watch Saturday’s 3-0 victory over Burnley in a box at Stamford Bridge and was then welcomed into the dressing room to meet the squad after the game, meeting future boss Lampard in the process.

Callum Hudson-Odoi slotted his first Premier League goal to put the seal on Chelsea’s crucial 3-0 home win over Burnley.
Jorginho set the Blues rolling with a coolly-converted penalty, with Tammy Abraham heading his 13th league goal of the campaign from a stunning Reece James cross.
Hudson-Odoi then slid home the third to cement a vital victory for the Blues and raise hopes the England forward can now strike back to his very best.
