You Won't Believe Chelsea's Transfer Targets In January Window!!

Dec. 07, 2019

On Friday afternoon, Chelsea fans and staff received the good news of their transfer ban being lifted witrh joy and much expectation. The Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) reduced the ban by half meaning that the west London club will be free to sign plyers come January's transfer window.
Frank Lampard will have Roman Abrahimovic'c chequebook and many expect the blue legend to be shrewd in his choices. We take a look at the potential player the Blues may bring at the Stamford Bridge this coming new year:
Jadon Sancho
Latest transfer reports indicate that Manchester United are willing to pay £119 million
for the English youngster. Sancho has emerged to be one of the best young wingers in Europe and he recently came 2nd in the Goldenboy Award. I f signed, Sancho will join former Dortmund teammate Christian Pulisic and provide reinforcement in Lampard's left wing.
Hakim Ziyech
Hakim Ziyech is curerently in the form of his life and Chelsea can testify that beyond reasonable doubt. Unlike Sancho, Ziyech is a leftfooted right-wing and more experienced. He is a good playmaker and so far he has 19 assists across all competitions. The Moroccan is no doubt worth a handsome sum.
Ben Chilwell
The England leftback has been transformed a great deal under Brendan Rodger this season. Chilwell will spare Lampard of his fullback woses, with Emerson currently injured and error-prone Alonso not the best option now.
Kalidou Koulibaly
Chelsea really need an experienced defender to help permeate the defensive line. With Antonio Rudiger nursing an injury, Fikayo Tomori and Kurt Zouma are regular starters across all competitions, hence probne to injury even more. The Senegalese lastman will be the best defensive choiuce the Blues may have had sice John Terry's exit.
Wilfried Zaha
Arsenal failed to bring him to the Emirates, but all amy not be lost for the Ivorian foward. Zaha is a fluid attacker whose expeerience has exposed him in all attacking positions, from striker to winger. If taken, Lampard may have killed two birds with a single stone and offer Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi great support.
