Oct. 09, 2019
London-based YouTube channel, The Ubunifu Space announced recently that they’ll be touring Africa (#UBUONTOUR) to South Africa (one of their largest subscriber bases to date) and Kenya this coming November – December.
Made up of two teams in London and Nairobi, the channel has amassed a loyal following of nearly 200 000 subscribers and close to 30 million views on their YouTube channel, along with over 50 000 followers across all social media platforms thanks to their relatable reactions to the biggest songs and artists in Africa and Africans in the diaspora since 2017.
“Music has obviously been a great export of Africa in the past, but there is so much more coming out from young creatives on the continent, and we would love to showcase the work to the UK, and the world,” they say.
Visiting South Africa from 27 November – 12 December 2019, the UK-based team of five are excited to connect with their South African subscribers in Johannesburg through appearances and events to be announced closer to their arrival.

I’m grateful to have the opportunity to give South Africans a voice, especially the youth as I feel our voices have been supressed for the longest of time.
